Charles has been the Propriotor of the Old Library Residential care home in Cleethorpes since he and his then partner formed the home in 1990, other business interests include property development.Born in Cleethorpes he is married to Jenny and has 7 children.He has been a retained fire fighter at Cleethorpes fire station since 1986, and a relief crew member of the RNLI Humber lifeboat since 2007.Charles enjoys his family and serving the community and has a work hard play hard view on life.
